I’m still in a state of pure shock. Who honestly believes there is life after high school… I know I thought that was lifetimes away and yet here I am… graduated. I’m so incredibly happy, sad, overjoyed, and nervous about the unknown. It’s an amazingly fun time, but also a scary one. I keep thinking about…
When barbies were all that mattered…
Otterpops were my full source of nutrition…
Long division was the end of the world…
What the popular girls said about me were true… (idiots)
The thrill of my first date…
Making the lead in the school play…
Then POOF! Before my eyes I’m standing in my cap and gown. Julia Hess graduated from MVHS.
CRAZY!!! In this journey I was blessed with the greatest friends this world could offer.
Zoe Wilde has been one of my dearest friends. She’s taught me countless things and I love her forever. She is one person no matter what they do I just love. Her fashion, her talents, her sense of humor. she is just a gem. No way will I ever forget her.
Aubrey Bench has been a gem and a joy. She’s brought countless smiles and laughs. She has taught me so much. She is soo organized and has taught me the joy in that. We always have things to talk about and I could never get sick of her laugh or voice. She is wonderful.
Besties forever!
Noah Kuddus what a guy. He sure knows how to bring joy to me. Never will I forget his craziness and cheesiness. He has been one of the dearest friends I’ve ever had.
Hannah Marx what a woman. She understands me so much it’s a little scary. But what a blessing!!! she’s been one to let me cry on her shoulder and she cries just as hard with me! She is going places and I hope to always stay in touch on her journey. She really brings me joy no one else could. I’ll never be able to repay her for her love she’s shown me. She’s changed my life forever. Love you Hannah :)
Spencer Bailey has been one of my besties, and will continue to be one at USU!! We have a tendency to crave adventure and we used to go on them often until our schedules went crazy busy in opposite fields. Thankfully we’ve still stayed super close and I’m grateful for his friendship.
Not last, and certainly not least Joseph Littlefield. He’s been the greatest friend to me!! He’s been by my side through smiles, tears, angry outbursts, and insanely funny moments…and yet he’s still there. Always. That is a true friend. I’m so grateful for his heart and for the example he is to me. Truly…wonderful :) I hope this friendship will last for a long long time!!!
Now as I enter a completely unplanned unknown world I smile. I’M EXCITED. I’m growing up and wonderful things are coming. College, work, growing up, dating, eventually marriage and starting a family. How could I not get excited. Oh joy joy joy!!! I will never forget MVHS and the people I’ve met there. I’ve been prepared for my future there. What an exciting time in life. So I say to life…LET IT BEGIN!!!!
